The Rules of Playing on CashGames

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using CashGames (the Platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Fair Play Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• Platform — the CashGames website, apps, and related services.
• User — any person who registers or uses the Platform.
• Wallet — the in-app balance where rewards and winnings are held before withdrawal.
• Reward — any cash or credit earned by completing games, missions, or promotional activity.
• Tournament — a paid or free competition where players compete for a prize pool.
• Withdrawal — a request to transfer wallet balance to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account through independent third-party payment processors.
• Account — the personal profile you create to access the Platform.
• Rewarded Video — an in-app advertisement that must play and complete for a reward to be credited.

3. Eligibility

• Pakistan residents only.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• One account per person.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration details, including a real Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet registered in your own name.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure at all times.
• Sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
• You must not create more than one account.
• CashGames may suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms.

5. Platform Services

CashGames provides the following services, subject to availability and these Terms:

• Skill-based games
• Cash rewards
• In-app wallet
• Paid and free tournaments
• Leaderboards
• Daily missions
• Referral program
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash through independent third-party payment processors

6. Rewards

• Rewards are earned by meeting the specific requirements of each game, mission, or promotion.
• Rewards are credited to your wallet only after successful validation.
• Reward amounts, rates, and conditions may change at any time.
• Rewards are not guaranteed and always depend on meeting all applicable conditions, including successful ad delivery where required.

7. Withdrawals

• A minimum wallet balance is required before a withdrawal can be requested. The current minimum is published in the app.
• Withdrawals are supported to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets registered in your own name only.
• CashGames is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Easypaisa or JazzCash. These are independent third-party payment processors used solely to process withdrawals, and they are not responsible for the Platform or its rewards.
• We may add, remove, or change the payment methods available for withdrawals at any time, without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of request.
• Additional verification (such as KYC or a live selfie) may be required before a withdrawal is released.
• A withdrawal may be delayed, held, or rejected while unusual activity is being reviewed.
• CashGames may reject, cancel, or reverse any withdrawal request at any time, for any reason or for no reason, without prior notice and without giving any reason.

8. Tournament Rules

• Entry fees, if any, are shown before you join a tournament and are non-refundable once entry is confirmed.
• Prize pools and the distribution between winning positions are published on each tournament page.
• Leaderboard positions are based on verified scores at the end of the tournament window.
• Ties are resolved using the tie-breaking rules published for that tournament (usually earliest qualifying score wins).
• CashGames may cancel or reschedule a tournament in exceptional circumstances and will refund entry fees where appropriate.

9. Advertisements

CashGames is supported by advertising. Ads help fund the rewards paid to players.

• The Platform may display advertisements in a variety of formats across different pages and screens, including but not limited to banner ads, in-feed ads, sidebar ads, interstitial (full-screen) ads, native ads, video ads, and rewarded video ads.
• Ads may appear on the home page, games, dashboard, blog, and other public or logged-in areas, and their placement, frequency, and format may change at any time without prior notice.
• Some features and rewards require a rewarded video to load and complete successfully.
• Ads are served by third-party ad networks and partners who may collect device, browser, and usage data as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• If your device, network, browser, ad blocker, script blocker, or VPN prevents ads from loading, reward-based features may be unavailable and rewards may be withheld.
• Technical issues affecting ad delivery may also affect reward availability, and CashGames is not liable for such interruptions or for the content of any third-party advertisement.

10. Fair Play

Every user must follow the CashGames Fair Play Policy. You must not:

• Cheat or collude with other players
• Use bots, scripts, macros, or auto-clickers
• Modify the game or use modded APKs
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Interfere with, block, or manipulate advertisements
• Use VPNs, proxies, or any IP-masking tools

The Fair Play Policy forms part of these Terms and any breach is a breach of these Terms.

11. Fraud & Abuse

CashGames may investigate any account suspected of fraud, abuse, or rule violations. Depending on the outcome of the review, one or more of the following actions may be taken:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Removal of rewards or winnings
• Rejection of pending withdrawals where supported by evidence
• Permanent account closure with wallet forfeiture

12. Wallet

• Wallet balances have no cash value until they are successfully withdrawn under these Terms.
• Rewards credited due to a technical error, bug, or system fault may be adjusted or removed.
• If a credit is later reversed (for example, due to fraud or an error), your wallet balance will be reduced accordingly and may become negative until corrected.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.

13. Referral Program

• Referral bonuses are earned when a new user signs up using your referral code and meets the qualifying activity requirements published in the app.
• Bonuses are credited to your wallet after the referred user's activity is validated.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, and coordinated sign-ups are considered referral abuse and will result in the removal of bonuses and possible account closure.

14. Leaderboards

• All leaderboard scores are subject to verification.
• Fraudulent, automated, or manipulated scores will be removed.
• Rankings and prize allocations may change after verification is complete.

15. Intellectual Property

• All games, graphics, logos, software, artwork, and other content on the Platform belong to CashGames or are used under license.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.
• Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform.

16. Availability

• The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages.
• Features, games, tournaments, and rewards may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time.
• CashGames does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashGames is not liable for:

• Internet outages, connectivity issues, or slow networks on your side.
• Device failures, crashes, or compatibility issues.
• Interruptions to third-party services, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and ad networks.
• Any losses, damages, or missed rewards caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

18. Privacy

Your information is processed in accordance with the CashGames Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

19. Changes to the Platform

CashGames reserves the right, at any time, to:

• Add or remove games
• Change reward structures and rates
• Modify tournament rules, entry fees, or prize pools
• Update, add, or discontinue features
• Change these Terms — the latest version will always be published on this page.

20. Account Suspension or Closure

CashGames may suspend, restrict, temporarily or permanently close, or disqualify any account or user at any time, for any reason or for no reason, with or without prior notice and without giving any reason. Where fraud, collusion, or bypassing is confirmed, wallet balances and pending withdrawals may be forfeited and the decision is final.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

22. Reservation of Rights

CashGames reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to reject, cancel, or reverse any withdrawal request, and to suspend, restrict, temporarily or permanently close, or disqualify any account or user from the Platform, at any time, for any reason or for no reason. We are under no obligation to provide an explanation for any such decision, and any appeal may be considered at our sole discretion.
